Arthur provides direct consultation and support on every project. When a project needs expertise outside web development — design, copywriting, SEO, or marketing — we bring in trusted independent contractors rather than guess at it ourselves.
Open source, by choice
We focus on open-source web software, primarily Drupal and WordPress. If you already have a designer or specific technical requirements, we're glad to build around them rather than insist on our own stack.

Arthur has spent more than a decade in web development, with an emphasis on building custom web applications — handling every phase of a project from planning through deployment, on builds ranging from straightforward brochure sites to intricate, feature-heavy platforms.
Before founding Lunar Charc in 2005, Arthur worked in laboratory health sciences — a background that gives him a distinctive, practical perspective when working with clients in the life sciences and healthcare fields.
